Renovated kitchen and great room with black feature wall

Home / Residential Remodeling

Residential
remodeling.

Kitchens, baths, additions and whole-home renovations — run like a build, not a favor.

Inside the house

One crew.
One standard.

Remodels go sideways in the same three places every time: selections that arrive late, scope that grows without a change order, and trades that show up out of order. We manage all three — selections locked before demo, fixed scope in writing, and a published schedule you can hold us to.

One project manager, dust containment where you're living, and a clean site at the end of every phase. If something surprises us behind the wall, you hear it that day with a price attached.

Remodel questions

Straight answers.

For a single kitchen or bath, usually yes — we'll set containment and tell you what's offline and when. For whole-home work it's often faster and cheaper to move out for part of it.

You do, with help. You get a selections list with allowances and deadlines so nothing stalls the schedule, and we'll steer you off materials that won't hold up where you want them.

You hear about it that day, with photos and a price. Nothing proceeds until you approve the change order in writing.

Yes — room additions, garage conversions and load-bearing wall removal. Those need engineering and permits, which we handle.
