East on I-30

Country builds,
city finish.

Hopkins County is farm and dairy country with Sulphur Springs at the centre of it, and most of what gets built here sits on land rather than in a subdivision. That suits how we work: acreage builds where the lot drives the design, additions onto houses that have been in a family a long time, and renovations that need to respect what's already there rather than erase it.

Cumby sits right on I-30 between us and Sulphur Springs, which makes the whole county an easy run from Greenville. The finish standard we bring out here is the same one we use in McKinney — there's no reason a house on forty acres should be detailed to a lower standard than one on a city lot.

Straight answers

Hopkins County questions.

About half an hour straight down I-30 from our office in Greenville. Cumby is closer still. It's a normal service area for us, not a stretch.

That's most of the skill in an addition. It comes down to matching roof pitch, tying the structure in properly, and choosing materials that will weather with what's already there. Our designer draws it before anything gets framed.

Yes. Outside city limits the review process differs, and septic, well and utility runs come into it. We'll walk the tract and tell you what it actually needs.
