County work
City limits
change the job.
A renovation inside Greenville city limits and one on acreage in unincorporated Hunt County are different projects, and not only because of the drive. Jurisdiction, inspection, utilities, septic versus sewer, and what you're allowed to do without review all shift once you're outside the city. We work both sides of that line regularly and we'll tell you which set of rules your address falls under before we quote.
The other constant out here is soil. North Texas clay swells and shrinks with moisture, and it is the reason so many older county houses have doors that stopped closing. On a whole-home renovation that question gets asked first, because there is no point in new tile over a floor that is still moving.

Straight answers
Renovation questions.
Yes — across Hunt County, including acreage. Permitting and inspection work differently outside the city, and septic, well and utility runs come into play. We'll tell you which jurisdiction you're in and what it means for your schedule.
All at once is almost always cheaper per square foot — one mobilization, one set of trades, one permit cycle. Room by room costs more overall but spreads the money out. We'll price both if you want to see the gap.
We'd want the foundation addressed first, and we'll coordinate that. Finishing over a slab that's still moving means doing your trim, tile and drywall twice — we'd rather tell you that up front than take the job twice.
We design it. We keep a designer on staff and produce full engineered construction documents in house, which is unusual for a GC this size and means one team owns both the drawing and the build.
