A patio cover is structure. Footings, framing, roof tie-in and drainage have to work with the house you already own, or you get leaks at the connection and water pushed back toward the foundation.
We run gas, water and electrical underground before concrete goes down, so the grill, the TV, the fans and the fridge you add in two years all have somewhere to land. Stone, stucco and cedar get chosen against the house, not a showroom wall.

Depends on your roof pitch, framing and eave height. We'll tell you on the first visit which one actually works for your house instead of selling you the easier one.
A pergola is open slats — shade and structure, not weatherproof. A pavilion has a solid roof, so it stays usable in the rain and you can put a TV, fans and lighting under it.
Yes, and it's the smart way to do it. Run the underground utilities and pour the full slab now, add the kitchen or fire feature later — far cheaper than cutting concrete twice.
