Two-story white board-and-batten in McKinney with a timber-braced gable over the entry, black windows and a dark garage door, set under mature trees on an established street. Infill in a built-out neighbourhood, which means the elevation had to belong on the block and still read as new.
Inside, the kitchen carries an unusually long quartz island under a black range hood, with white cabinetry and glass uppers running the wall. The living room has built-in cabinetry flanking a fireplace with floating shelves above. The bath went black hexagon tile on the floor against white walls, a freestanding tub and a glass shower.
