Little Elm, on the lake side of Denton County. Stone and stucco across the front under a dark hip roof, with a deep covered entry and a wide drive to a two-car garage. The dusk photograph is the one worth looking at — porch and entry lit, the last of the sky behind it.
Inside is bright and simple: a white kitchen with a quartz island, black pendant lanterns and matte black hardware. The primary bath runs marble-look porcelain floor to ceiling with a glass shower and a tub set into the surround, plus a double vanity in black cabinetry under a pair of round mirrors.
