Full brick across the front with a deep arched entry, black windows and dark trim, sitting well back on the lot. The arch is carried inside rather than left as a front-door gesture — it reappears as an opening between the entry and the kitchen.
The great room is the reason to look at this one. A single black wall runs the full height of a vaulted ceiling, with an iron chandelier hung off the peak and a white fireplace set into the dark. The kitchen opposite is the inverse — white cabinetry, black counters and black backsplash, a long island, and brass pulls tying the two halves together.
