Site visit
We walk the lot or the house, take measurements and photos, and talk through what's realistic for your budget.

Scope & proposal
You get a written scope, allowances and a real number — not a range that moves later.
Step 04
Build
Once you approve, we pull permits, publish the schedule and get to work.
